Although it worked, I loved it!. Unfortunately, the bottle no longer feels when I take a sip from it. I am very disappointed that this product failed within a year.

The only problem is that the charger keeps disconnecting from the base. Otherwise I am satisfied with the product. Encourage me to drink more water! It's also fun to invite friends and have "competitions". Even so, it is compatible with iPhone apps.

This product has failed after several attempts to recalibrate. Cool idea, but didn't work for me. I'm trying to return and the return label says Puerto Rico, but the seller sent me a return notice for Salem, Massachusetts, so I'm very suspicious of that as well.

This is the most expensive bottle I've ever had. The charging cable is poorly constructed and has failed twice. I had to order a replacement. Support sent them for free, but it's still a poor user experience. Honestly, I don't use this feature anymore because I lost interest after not tracking my water usage due to a broken charging cable. Now I just use a regular bottle. Re: Magnetic charger. Keep it away from any kind of metal. Magnets should not stick to anything other than the bottle.

I bought this product hoping it would remind me to drink more water which it did when it worked. Received the bottle on Sunday 10th October and was very happy to start using it.
