I have always used cheap tongs from the grocery store and they were loose and flimsy. I've never had a good set. I didn't know what difference it made what they would do. They are strong and sturdy and really grab the food I need to flip. It's the best I've ever had.

I think the listing says something like 5mm thick steel on these which is probably twice the strength of the average reed. Stainless steel so I hope the rust doesn't go away forever. grip is acceptable. not as round as some of the other pliers I've used. should last for many years.

Looks great and feels light but strong. It remained only to order the 12-inch version. I ordered the 10" version because I thought the 12" would be too long. Remember that you are measuring the entire length of the pliers. 10 inch is too small for what I need.

I bought these scissors to handle hot items but they are too short for that. They are about 12 inches long including the handle, which leaves about the same amount of metal as regular adult scissors. I don't know how people use them without risking getting their hands dirty or burning themselves. However, they are of good quality. and quite convenient to use. So if you don't mind that pliers are as short as scissors, buy one.

I like the fact that they are stainless steel; I bought these to replace my old rusty pliers. They also seem very strong. The reason I returned them is because there is too much room for fingers; They flop into my hand and don't open as wide as they could. Good size 12 inch tweezers. Sturdy enough that I haven't had any flexing issues with normal use. long gone. The upgraded scissor handles are good. Easy to articulate. The connection is tight enough to prevent twisting of the arms, but still works loosely. Buy good quality. I highly recommend getting some pliers and they seem like a really well made version.
