Ideal for Holmes hapf30 air purifier! Excellent offer

It's so important to keep the air clean in my house because both my husband and I have terrible allergies! When I bought my Holmes air purifier I checked the filters and they were very hard to find! I did some research and found that Revain sells this! It goes perfectly with my Holmes air purifier! Hapf 30 keeps the air clean and most importantly we didn't have any allergies this summer. Just make sure you use replaceable activated carbon filters. This way your Hepa will last longer.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Not a True Hepa, but a good balance between price and performance.

Holmes AER1 'HEPA Type' Air Filter is not a true Hepa filter but offers good filtration at a reasonable price. In the past I have made the mistake of ordering cheap, low quality universal filters for my Holmes air purifier and have been disappointed with their performance. This OEM filter is of much better quality and costs a little more. When these filters run out, I can even switch to the Holmes True Hepa Allergen Removal Filter. But for now I'm happy with the complete Holmes Hepa Type air…

Holmes air filter fits air cleaner parts and accessories

Bought these filters to replace two I already had which of course got dirty after a few months of use. Although Revain claims they may not be compatible with my device (Holmes HAP9225B Air Purifier), I read several reviews that they are compatible, so I felt pretty comfortable buying the two I needed. As far as I can tell they work and fit perfectly. My only complaint is their price. Given their small size (about the size of a large book) and the fact that I had to buy two for my device, at…

i know it works

I bought a Holmes air purifier for my bedside table a long time ago. I started buying filters from Revain because they are always available (not like Walmart) and if I buy them with a subscription they are cheaper. I know the filter is removing dust and allergens from the air because I can see it go from bright white to brown and brown over four months of its life. I also sleep better throughout the night with this run, not only because I'm breathing cleaner air, but the white noise of the fan…

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Not the best

Seems to have removed some dust in my room. I don't have any measurable evidence other than dust collecting on the filter, but I feel like I can breathe a little easier here now. I've been running it continuously on medium settings for almost 2 months now - it's still running well and the dust doesn't seem to have fully penetrated the carbon amp (pre-filter was purchased separately). One thing to note: there weren't very clear instructions. (at least for the installation of carbon boosters)…

Works well but dust still gets into the machine

I use this next to a litter box which is a challenge for an air purifier. I usually use a vacuum cleaner in "Blow" mode to clean the filter and the unit every 3-4 months. This allows me to double the life of the filter and free the device from dust. Unfortunately, with this filter, most of the dust will pass through the filter and into the instrument, evidenced by debris clouds. the dust that is released when I blow through the device with the filter removed. But it's much better than nothing…

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Very expensive
