I use a portrait mode PDF music reading stand and I love it. I've always wanted to have this rotation feature, but never did. I should have gotten it sooner. It's another solid budget monitor that's good for everyday use when you're doing nothing but sifting through spreadsheets, word processing documents, and web browsing. This is a very good monitor - very easy to unbox and set up. On the front of the monitor is a full page of pictures for assembling the base. Assembly couldn't be easier - it takes less than a minute. This screen is suitable if you don't spend a lot of time at the computer. After sitting on this screen for an hour, my eyes are starting to hurt. I could tell everything on the screen is pixelated when you look at it up close.

resolution is good. I was concerned about the volume based on some of the comments, but it's pretty good. At first I thought it was set too high, but even that is adjustable, you can slide it up or down. No complaints yet.

I knew it was going to be HDMI and not PowerPort when I bought it. Max resolution works for me, but if you need smaller fonts (for PC, not for gaming), max resolution may not be for you.

I bought this monitor in August 2018 for about $90. At the time, it was one of Revain's best-selling monitors in its price range. I found the monitor as recommended by Linus Tech Tips (Youtuber). I have had absolutely no problems with this monitor and have used it in "portrait mode" alongside my 34" LG monitor. I would recommend buying this monitor but not at the current price of around $200. It was worth the $90 I paid but no more.

NGL I bought this for work, specifically for vertical use for Minitab and Excel. It's still wide enough to display graphs well while I work, but now it's tall enough that I can easily fit 78 rows in Minitab and 80 in Excel. It's beautiful, bright and clear. WFH on a laptop screen just didn't do it. What a joy to have a monitor my aging eyes can actually see - for multiple windows, zoom sharing etc - without taking up all the space on my intentionally small desk. This monitor has a very good picture. It has a very strong footing. The speakers feel comfortable, if not impressive. Essentially, speakers will "take you until you get real speakers". I bought this monitor to replace the LG 22M38D-B which had a lot of dead pixels and the vertical gradient changed with head height. Where's the difference! Smooth gradient with good color rendering, crisp pixels, thin bezels. What's not to like? Bought at a day sale for $70 + tax. A very happy customer here. would do it again
