    The drive does not work.

    I thought I found a good value for a cheaper desktop PC. All of this was up and running for a home recording studio with DAW etc. It worked great. Until it's time to read or burn CD/DVD. I've tried everything. I have so much work to do on it that I hate giving it back. Should have tested the drive sooner.

    Wonderful machine the best in my rating

    I wanted to build almost the same car, same APU, etc. for about the same price. It has DVD and Wi-Fi which are optional for most Byo machines. I just added 8GB of RAM, which in most cases you will never need. It's been a month and not a single complaint.

    I can't install my free non-commercial version of 365 yet because I had to upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro. I did this and now I'm getting an error code telling me that my product key isn't genuine and that I originally had a volume license that can't be updated.     Good performance at a great price

    This is an amazing computer. The only complaint is the amount of virus, but it was minimal. It speeds up performance just to remove malware. It plays most games on low settings 720p at 70fps or medium settings at 35-40 and all I did was add 8GB of extra RAM. It's very fast and quiet to the point where I wonder why my older one is making so much noise in one direction. It's pretty quiet.     Excellent return

    I love the computer, it's great for medium games. I play Beam Ng Drive and will test it on Fortnite and Warzone. ideal for medium games and school activities. Love this PC great for a little bit of everything and the Prosser has enough power to run low and make some games smooth.

    If possible I would give zero

    Two days after returning the Revain, it wouldn't turn on. I will not return it for another three months due to short circuit. like that . . . Five months of computer use were covered by the warranty. I had to build myself. Four months for repairs? Really? And without the possibility of a return. So I'm going to put together another one and say I won't be buying another HP desktop. If you have money to waste, take a chance.

    Good budget PC but upgrade RAM to dual channel.

    I bought this computer to run Cura for my 3D printer. It has decent specs for a Ryzen Zen2 APU. However, you should definitely add another RAM stick to run dual-channel for optimal performance. This machine is capable of decent fps in light gaming at 720 on the lowest settings. Overall, this device is good for web browsing/streaming or basic document work.

    This budget computer is really good. I don't play games so can't confirm its ability to do so, but for web browsing it's fast and seems very reliable so far. I'm glad I bought it!

    Good PC but HDD sucks.

    A good PC will run games just fine with 8GB of RAM already installed. I switched from HDD to SDD because the boot process was VERY SLOW, probably because the HDD wasn't very high quality. If you can just install SDD, transfer all your files there and your computer will be perfect. All in all, this is probably the best PC HP has made. They just decided to save on the hard drive and install something that takes longer to transfer my files to my SSD than my wifi speed. Overall it's a good computer

    Suitable for home use but very cheap.

    This PC boots fast, Win 11 pops up immediately and is silent. However, the device is cheaply made, from the case to the flimsy optical drive. I added a 1TB hard drive and a multi-USB card that I had lying around and it wasn't the easiest of tasks. I also noticed that the power supply is not up to standard. Burned a disc with a DVD program. Said it burned fine but the computer still said it was a blank disc. I played it on a DVD player and it worked.     Died under warranty

    The computer died after 11 months of warranty. However, warranty service is not available in the Charlotte, NC area, although 5 repair locations are listed there. These centers state that they do not perform warranty work on HP computers. These places indicate that they could not remove their names from the HP list. It seems that once a computer leaves HP's doors, you're on your own as the warranty they advertise is utterly useless.
