I wanted to have an off the compressor regulator for my HVLP sprayer and this looked like the best option. While this item has a little bigger footprint than I would prefer to have attached to my gun it works well. I fixed my conundrum by simply moving the regulator from the gun base back down the line closer to the compressor and that takes away the awkwardness of trying to pattern spray with this product making it all unbalanced. 1. Does not regulate pressure at all. It gives you maximum pressure no matter where you set the valve.2. The ball valve leaks. If you turn it off the air still leaks through. Had to use one of my own, old ball valves.3. The air pressure it shows is more than 20 pounds off the actual pressure. I checked this with two different gauges.This is totally worthless. Since it took me so long to get it out of the package and install it, I cannot return it. So in to the garbage it goes.

This device will work for us, but only as a filter. The regulator function is unacceptable and unusable. When the setting on the regulator is anything below the input pressure it appears that it does regulate the output pressure perhaps correctly, but it also vents air continuously as long as the input pressure is higher than the output. 1st I do not use this unit as an oiler because I prefer to oil my air tools my self and I use this unite for my sand blaster to keep water out of lines .Do not want any oil coating lines .Does it's job.

Works great. The plastic housing may crack or shatter during use! It may not have the most accurate gauge, but it is pretty close and for most people it is sufficient.

Seen reviews complain about horrible tooling but it's was a lil rough at worst threads had to be cleaned of metal burs but does exactly what I needed it to do all in all good product

I installed this between my compressor and hose reel. Installation was very easy and trouble free thanks to the metal (NOT plastic) body. Everything feels well made except the cut off valve. The cut off valve does feel cheap but it does not leak so it is doing its job. Pressure adjustment is very easy and quick. I purchased this after buying a plasma cutter to keep the air required clean and oil free. Set up was a breeze. The ports on here are 3/8" NPT. The unit works as advertised and it saves my consumables. Precise psi adjustment is easy and accurate.

Valve was assembled incorrectly so air wouldn't pass though it, had to take apart and reassemble in the right order to make it work, works fine now.

I use this for my laser and mounted it on the side of the laser enclosure. It's nice and small and helps to prevent moisture from getting into my air assist line. The regulator lets me set the air assist pressure easily

used to replace a California Tools unit that fell apart. this unit is better quality than the original that came on my machine. works perfect.

My old compressor never had a water seperator and the pressure control was iffy at best. This solved both issues. It works great and for the price I'm happy. You have to do a bit of hose work and mount it so that's why there's 4 stars on the install.

Bought this for my work. Other places wanted hundreds more. Saved myself labor costs since I can do the work myself at the office.

With approx 10 hours of usage, the drain valve is already rusting. Not sure of longevity, but would not buy again. Definitely not for use on higher CFM output compressors, OK for pancake type.
