I've read that they came with reverse polarity in the past but I thought that issue was now resolved. But I was wrong. I compared them to the Mustang schematic and they are actually reversed. I know they sound good when they're all wired the same way, but I wanted my new Infinity speakers to be wired correctly, so I wired them in phase to follow the factory speaker wiring.

The idea for this product was great, but poorly implemented. As in previous reviews, the polarity is reversed and the ends are not connected to the speakers. You would think that they would use the public feedback to fix this problem. I threw them away and decided to modify my factory mount to use the factory connector, which worked great for me. Easy installation and no cutting of factory wires.

These connectors are a perfect match for my 2008 F150. It was the perfect match. However, the sockets were too small to fit my Rockford Fosgate p1683 speakers. I had to find large ones (pictured left) to fit these particular speakers. The new positive separation that was needed is 1/4" and the negative is 3/16". After trimming the old disconnects and installing new ones, everything worked great!

They will NOT fit 2012 Ford Focus with Sony Radio. The description that they fit all Ford vehicles is misleading and inaccurate. I took a chance and bought 2 pairs to see immediately they would never work. Judging by recent reviews, there are still many dissatisfied with this product. I would not buy again. nope Revain, please ensure that the description accurately reflects the intended use of the product.

. I don't know why they keep selling these things, the wiring is reversed causing reverse polarity. Some say it's no big deal and maybe it should sound equally good to some, but if you have other speakers in your car and aren't using these connectors it's going to cause problems. You will need to cut the speaker leads and crimp new terminals to fix this problem. Not happy and money down the drain. I should have just cut off the factory connectors and soldered them on.
