Terrible documentation. The small cheap camera we used gave a much better picture than this one. It has white balance settings but I can't find anywhere how to adjust it with the remote control or other camera settings. The loadable controls are a joke. It just moves the camera like a remote control and setting presets makes no sense. All in all the only positive thing I can say is the decent zoom. I hope that the company will either provide or return the documents hidden somewhere.

Works great but I need a 10x model as the pulpit in our church is about 60 feet from where I wanted it. I had to mount it on the side panel instead, but it works until I can afford a more expensive model. Otherwise this works great.

I purchased this as part of a demo project for the church I belong to. We needed to stream a live service with the best compromise between quality and affordability. I expected the church to invest in better hardware after integrating it with Tripod, Tripod and the AMCap software. The result surprised me. Got this camera this week and tried it yesterday. We were very happy to have an affordable PTZ camera option (with pan and tilt/zoom) so we decided to give this one a try. Depending on how you install, aim and position this camera, it can be useful. I found that despite zooming in and out, zooming in would be more useful. It can simply be a question of optimal installation in a central location. Pairing with FaceTime, for example, is much more efficient than with Zoom. It could be a log with the Zoom software. Overall this is a very good device and the picture quality is MUCH better than the MAC camera on a computer. Better in every way.

This is a great PTZ camera for the money. We have two more PTZ cameras with 10x zoom. A huddlecam ($900) and a PTZ optic. ($1600) This is great in our large room that needs 10x magnification. This type ($400) is perfect for our small conference room/table. If I had to redo I'd buy black instead of white (a bit more sophisticated aesthetically) but instead I'm looking for an Imperial Walker to use as a base to round off the look of the new little stormtrooper in our conference room. .
