Practical to use. The floor is well protected when in use, the velvet on the back played an important role, it does not slip or slip at all.

The cardboard we used to renovate the bedroom ceiling had a strong odor that we couldn't stand. If, like me, you are allergic to smells, you can try this material, it is worth recommending.

I liked the cloth backing to protect the floor and the plastic to keep it from getting wet. Not very thick and it's quite expensive for what it is. I'm used to using the Ramboard, but I don't like throwing it away every time I work.

I am glad that I bought this product. It was actually very good quality and easy to use and protected my floor during the move to our new home. I believe it was also water repellent and tear resistant. It didn't suffer much during our move so I decided to keep it and use it again if needed next time we expect a lot of muddy foot traffic. I work as a contractor and mostly do repairs. That means you work on houses that people live in and that are ready. We do a lot of kitchens and bathrooms. I've been using this product for about three years now and it has made a huge difference. It works great on carpet and the solid wood is non-slip and doesn't need gluing. We also roll it up after shaking it and can usually use it on our next job.

This product was used to protect a new pre-treated wooden floor. I recommend masking tape all edges of each length and sealing the edges with duct tape. Protects the floor well. In high traffic areas I also put another floor runner on top. It's not very thick, so I think if you drop something heavy or get hit, it might still make a dent in your floor. For the price I think it's worth the money and I would buy this product again.

We are renovating our master bathroom. It requires workers to go through our hallway (hardwood floor) and bedroom (carpet). This material offers excellent protection and also easily sweeps dirt from the surface. We plan to roll it up and reuse it. There's a lot in the roll and it was a lot easier than the sticky carpet protector we tried first. So that we don't trip over it, we used duct tape to attach it. The material has been removed 3 weeks and still looks good as it is durable.

If you are, or your customer is, picky, let me advise you, especially when it comes to drywall dust. It may not be the cheapest or easiest way, but you or your client will be happy. First, lay some cheap brown paper on the floor - roll it up on the baseboard and tape if you can. This is to collect dust and dirt that comes off the HX film when you remove it.
