I filled one with an already frozen drink and added more ice. Two and a half hours later there was no ice at all. It was with a metal lid. The lid is a problem. Bleeding cold. You can touch the bottle and it's temperature neutral, but the cap is cold. It's cold when you step out of the bottle. I got mine back I was so disappointed

Why do I have to go the extra mile to get a straw cap system when I just bought a water bottle? Hydro Cell says a replacement cap will fix the problem but my question is do they ship water bottles with a faulty straw system? Why does a new replacement solve the problem when you just bought a bottle?

This is an amazing little water bottle. I have 2 40 oz water bottles and 1 24 oz water bottle. One of the things I love about this brand is that the sport cap and the "regular" cap fit all water bottles.
