Love it with one caveat

I recently switched from a standard 20 gallon kit to a 75 gallon kit. In the first case, I had to get up in the morning and turn on the light and turn it off again in the evening. The on and off changed from day to day and no matter what time it was or how I tried to strap my fish in, they always crashed against the glass walls. So when I upgraded to 75 gallons (48x18x21) I decided to get two 18W/24" Hygger bulbs. One on each side instead of one long strip so I can light things up while…

AVOID! Not as advertised!

The light is only 10 inches long and 3 inches wide! The light cannot reach a width of 24 inches! It doesn't even reach 19 inches wide on my 8 gallon Hygger Nano tank! Last year I bought a starter kit for an 8 gallon Hygger Horizon LED glass aquarium with a 7W filter pump and 18W color LED light. Powerful light source for a low tech and low light 10 gallon aquarium!

I just installed my first planted tank (10 gallon). I was looking for a good light source and needed a new one with a timer so I didn't have to remember to turn it on and off every day.
