The end of the microphone body fell apart due to the glue not sticking together and voiding the warranty. So I bought this headset at the end of September and I really liked it. It worked phenomenally and I was very happy with my purchase. I am very careful about the things I buy, especially when it comes to my gaming console and related items. Almost everything electronic. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!

I bought a total of 4 HyperX headsets for my sons because of the low price and availability. However, all 4 headsets had some issues. The first two had audio issues and stopped working (couldn't hear or use the mic) within a few weeks of purchase. Luckily I bought GameStop's protection plan and they replaced the items. First off, it's great value for money, it's a very reliable headset. I own several audiophile headsets, as well as high-end wired and wireless headsets, so I tested the Stinger in games and music for comparison. Plastic doesn't creak when flexed like other headsets.
