Description of IC3D Grey 3Mm Printer Filament

Use abs filament when your 3D printed objects need to be strong, stiff, and flexible enough to resist breaking when stressed. Abs can also be post-processed easily, either by sealing and painting or through solvent-based methods. Hot end temperature range: 235-245°c. Print Surface Temperature: 95°C with PEI print surface.

Great media for great prints

Over the past few years I've printed on a variety of media and printers. I bought this filament to use with my Ultimaker 2. I find this filament to be the best filament I've tried so far for both small (1/2 inch or less) and large (8 inch or more) prints. Prints with low layer height (0.06mm) with exceptional detail and a superb finish. Even coarse prints with high layer heights (0.25 mm) and high speeds (150 mm/s) are excellent with good interlayer adhesion. When printing from ABS to…

I'm happy to report that I had no problems printing.

I bought my first roll of black 3mm ABS from IC3D based on the price and reviews. This was my first spool of filament for the new Lulzbot Mini, which I bought myself as a Christmas present. My new 3D printer was my first 3D printer and didn't have a spool of filament. I'm happy to report that although this was my first 3D printing experience, I had no problems printing with IC3D filament. Excellent materials for 3D printing Filament

I eat crow. From one star to five stars. Turns out I had a moisture problem. I kept all my threads in 2.5 gallons. A giant jumbo bag along with two 10g silica gel bags which I heated in the oven at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for over an hour. I've had amazing results with IC3D filament except for this particular blue spool. After several unsuccessful prints, I came to the conclusion that the filament was no good.
