Great way making and keeping track clients

The best thing about this software is that it has an easy to use interface which makes everything very simple for our customers who are not tech savvy at all! It's also great because we can see what people do online in real time so if they're doing something bad or wrong then you know immediately without having them tell us themselves!! There isn't anything I dislike as of now but maybe there will be when i have used Ice longer than 2 months haha just kidding :) If your looking into getting…

Pros
  • Easy installation, setup & management by IT admin staffs with no need whatsoever technical skills
  • Can connect remote cameras right away once camera plugged in server side.
  • No issues logging onto client PCs either remotely OR locally even though most clients PC OSes being Windows 7
