Fantastic tool for keeping donor/contact info organized and easy to contact

This software has helped us keep track of all our donors, their contact information, as well as past donations they have made to other campaigns or causes. It also allows you to send out emails with custom messages that are personalized just for your supporters. We've been able to reach more people through this program than we ever could before! I dislike how it sometimes takes several times to get an email from someone who hasn't logged in recently. Having a database of contacts helps me know

  • Sometimes when logging back online after being away (for example working), everything doesn’t look right again

Fantastic Fundraising Tool for Volunteers and Donors

This software has helped us to organize our donors, volunteers & staff members in such an organized manner that we can now view all of their information at one place! It also helps track donations with ease so no worries there either!! I would highly recommend this product because it makes fundraising easier than ever before. A solid donation management tool for any nonprofit organization

I like that you can set up recurring donations with ease, as well as one-time contributions to campaigns or causes of your choice! It also has an easy way setup email reminders if needed (such alerts are disabled by default). The only thing about this software which could be improved would have been more options when it comes time setting things out in reports; there's not much room left once all fields come into play during report generation - but maybe they'll add some new features at their…
