Delivered on time but I ordered this hat for my child as we were going to Disney and it was cold and I was disappointed to see it was too small. I ordered 2 of the same size, the other fitted my other child perfectly but the black one was too small.

Works a little less than advertised. Worked for my 3 year old but not 5 year old. Since they don't stretch, the 2nd is just wasted.
