My only complaint is that the connector doesn't snap into place like OEM

I used these coil packs to fix a misfire/stiff idle on my 2004 WRX. If you've ever changed spark plugs or coil packs on this car, you know it can be a pain since it's such a tight spot. After a fight I was pleasantly surprised by them - my idle problem was fixed. My only complaint is that the plug doesn't snap into place like the OEM, it just slides. I strongly recommend that you do not mess with the wiring harness as this will give you headaches in the future. They…

Installation Tips (WRX 2002)

Tips to make installation easier: ( 2002 WRX) (At your own risk, I will not be held responsible for any damage) - Left side: Use a 10mm socket to remove: washer fluid reservoir (pull out the two rubber hoses at the bottom) and battery. Set both sides aside. Remove the clamps from the coils and remove the coils with the 12mm socket. **When replacing with a new spool, insert the spool halfway and then insert the wire back into the spool, this method is easier than inserting the wire after…
