The tea bottle came quickly in the mail and was exactly as pictured. I used it straight away and had no trouble cleaning it. The infuser comes in multiple parts, but I had no trouble putting it together. The bottle can be used with or without the brew basket. I am very satisfied with this product. Some of my friends wanted to know where I bought it. Of course I shared information.

Easy to clean. Perfect size spout. The ONLY thing I can complain about is that the bottle doesn't stand upright when it's upside down so you have to put fruit/vegetables/herbs in the infuser over the sink because the juices will spill out. I can live with that lol. The carrying handle and lid hinge feel solid so far. I will change my rating if this becomes a problem. (The images look blurry because I just took the bottle out of the fridge.)

My daughter should now carry a transparent bottle to school. This fits the bill. It is nice that there is the option of a removable diffuser. I think it's good that the lower part can also be unscrewed, which makes cleaning easier. I really wonder why people have complained about cleaning it, heavens, just take it apart and wash in warm sparkling water. Just wash. Daughter is in 6th grade and has survived several months of daily use so far.

The product is cheap and the ice in this plastic does not last long. The drink stays no longer than MAX. 2 hours cold. The part where you put the fruit in the water is a little tricky, but you can figure it out with a little play. Not much ice fits in a bottle of water because the fruit it infuses gets in the way, so you probably won't be able to chill your drink to begin with. As someone who drinks a lot of water from different water bottles, I wouldn't recommend these. You can find better.

I have had this black bottle for five and a half months now and use it 5 days a week for 12 hours a day with heavy outdoor work and little use at home. I bought the "home use" green to use at home and take to the gym. The "working bottle" is still in top condition. DON'T THINK ABOUT THE PRICE! I can't say enough good things about this bottle of water. This is great quality and not cheap. Very durable plastic and stainless steel! I prefer this one to my $25 daughters. The infusor is longer than most, which was important to me. There was a bit of a learning curve when I first started using it. Anything you want to add has to be done through the floor. You can't remove the top grille (as far as I can tell) and you can't flip it upside down to add anything…
