Great System For Tracking Incoming Calls

The system is easy to use and easy to navigate. It is very flexible. The amount of features is great. It is a great way to keep track of all of your inbound calls and help desk tickets. I have not found anything I dislike about the system. I think that I would like to see the system work a little faster sometimes. Pros
  • Being able to monitor incoming phone calls as well as ticket requests from customers through this software was an amazing experience! This program works really fast, too which makes things even better because you can get information quickly without having long wait times or delays between clicks when using other programs similar to ibill's type

Wonderful, simple and efficient program!!!

I like that you have an option to choose if your agent is able/willing t do it for free (or at least minimal cost), so not all of us are in need o pay extra money every month just because we want our customers' information updated! Also love how easy this software makes my life as well - no more having excel open up with tonsa data from past months ready made; now i'm always working off one file which saves me time when updating accounts etc.. The only thing about billy was its interface could…

  • Keeps track easily, even though many different companies involved within billings can get confusing sometimes..Bills come into various forms eithr they're direct deposits or checks..the program keeps organized by keeping them together under specific categories suchas "payments" ,etc :).Great job Billly team!!!
