Very small size for power tools and hand tools

Clamps open less than 3/4 inch wide. The clamping force is not as strong as with some clamps, which are rather poorly made. Some didn't even close by themselves until I unfolded the frame near the hinge. I don't see them lasting long.

Pros
  • Heavy duty spring action to hold many different types of items - ideal for use with tarps
Cons
  • Some issues

Questionable quality control

The very first part I pulled out of the box didn't clip. (οΌβ€Έαƒš) Actually 2 out of 8 clamps are not clamped. You might think that the manufacturer would test each part for functionality before it was packaged. Those with a clip are suitable for very light clipping conditions.

Pros
  • Protective vinyl pads on handles and front of clips to prevent damage from scratches
Cons
  • Not the best

Good but not as good as I was hoping

is a little less perfect than I was hoping. The axle can be a little flimsy, which is generally fine, but not ideal. The springs are strong enough and the neck is as wide as I expected. I like her but I don't like her.

Pros
  • 10 pack of these 2 inch metal clamps
Cons
  • Repair

Good but not as good as hoped

The material is a little lighter than I thought from the picture and the upholstery is perhaps a little less perfect than I was hoping for. The axle can be a little flimsy, which is generally fine, but not ideal. The springs are strong enough and the neck is as wide as I expected. I like her but I don't like her.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Zero Grip Clip is the best among power tools and hand tools

I hate it. I bought these to hold some curtains against my curtains so they don't drag on the floor. Well, the clamps look great and are made of strong metal, but they don't have gripping power. For example, I cut one on the pinky to test strength and it caused no discomfort. I regret the purchase and think it would have been better to buy wooden clothespins instead. :-(

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Great Price
