Poor research before making the product

Reason CEL and Injen couldn't figure out why. Had to block half of the filter for this product to work. Injen made me a new pipe but it didn't work.

Looks like your mechanic friends should be looking for new jobs.

@ Skipper T. Looks like your fellow mechanic should get a new job, he probably either forgot to fit the sensor or installed it incorrectly. Nobody else had this problem. The simple installation instructions are Prius specific and I drive a ct200h and still very straight forward. Enormous sound improvement. .we'll see if there's a horsepower boost. or miles per gallon. will be updated if Skipper T was correct. .I doubt

Stable power in the warm season!

My CT scanner usually works best at 70Β° and becomes sluggish at angles over 80Β°. Now that we're hitting 100 degrees, I've found that it's still as fast as it has been in the winter months. It was pleasantly unexpected and is reason enough to buy it. As far as MPG gain goes, it was 1-2 better, but I'm hesitant to say that's anything but a now-audible reminder that I was over-accelerating.

Must have for Prius!

This is my final mod for my 2011 Prius, took about an hour from start to finish, fitting the cold air intake is easy, removing the factory airbox takes time and attention, the MAP sensor transfer is simple, i use STP brand MAF sensor cleaner, did a thorough cleaning before installing it on the cold air intake, it went in with no problems, just need to adjust the fit between the throttle body and the air filter gap, and also the MAF connector wiring is not long enough so you need to pull more…
