Not even close to the same as the F lite 235 v1.

Inov-8 took the best shoe in Earth history (F lite 235v1) and completely ruined it. This shoe is significantly narrower than v1 in both the toe and heel areas. It's stiff and looks like running shoes. Bad if you need something like F lite 235 v1. It really shouldn't be considered the same shoe. The build quality and looks are great so I don't want my disappointment to affect your purchase. Just understand that this is NOT EVEN CLOSER to the F lite 235 v1. Otherwise probably a great show for…

Pros
  • Great shoes. Ordered a second pair in case the old ones are sold out.
Cons
  • high price

Latest review of great shoes

I love the Inov-8 line and usually take the 235. I've had issues with previous versions where the stitching would rip or the outsole would move too much, but the V3 has been perfect so far. I use it for everything. Lifting, sprinting and just general wear. Great shoes

Pros
  • The quality is excellent.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with narrow heels.

Great shoes; perfect replacement for up to 7.0 nanos

Very very happy with these shoes. As soon as I put these shoes on, I knew they were going to be great. They fit well and are very comfortable. I climbed into them for my first workout and they are very stable shoes. I have a wide foot and they fit perfectly. Contrary to some other reviews, I have no issues with the fit or the odd mention of an arched buckle. A few years ago I had a pair of Inov-8 F-Lite 195s and wasn't thrilled with them. However, I am crazy about them and will order another…

Pros
  • Shoes are great! They are durable, comfortable and look great. I highly recommend.
Cons
  • May not provide enough padding for some users

Superb CF shoes - my new review

Great shoes. I've used this for a number of WODs but haven't tested any big weights yet. The 4mm drop is what you would expect from this type of shoe and the roomy toe box is also a positive. Fits true to size (uses the same size I use for my Nano and NOBull).

Pros
  • wide toe No break in time. A lightweight. I have wide feet and these shoes were very comfortable.
Cons
  • Might not fit

So fresh and so clean

I am a fan of inov-8 and this is the most beautiful shoe they have released. They are perfect for my wide feet and great for all workouts. I still can't get over how clean and crispy they look.

Pros
  • Great
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with high arches.

Great cross shoes.

Great shoes. Fits as expected but has a roomy toe box. Can be used for weightlifting and running. We're working on breaking in the shoes and we'll see how much better they are. They feel very light. Weighed 10 ounces.

Pros
  • Incredible and perfect fit. I wear a men's size 9, I buy 10 from this company so I order 1 size up.
Cons
  • Limited color options

Cool but not super comfortable

I have wide feet and these shoes fit perfectly. They also look very cool with reflective material. There isn't really arch support and my heels tend to carry most of my weight in these shoes. Even when I try to put my weight on the soles of my feet, I still have pain in my heels after a few minutes of wearing them.

Pros
  • High quality crossfit shoes. I have a wide foot 4E, these go 2E. It's hard to find the perfect fit, but the quality is great.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for patients with Morton's neuroma.

Nice shoes though. in my rating

I liked the shoes but of the size 8.5 shoes I have they are the smallest. Too small for comfort. I would go down to a size 9 if it weren't for the fact that they don't cling to sleep. Too much sliding on the hardwood gym floor.

Pros
  • I bought these for training and wear them with jeans instead. They look very nice and are comfortable.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with high insteps

Not the same size as Inov-8 Mens F-Lite 235 V2.

I ordered the last two pairs of Inov-8 Mens F-Lite 235 V2 regular size but they are too small. I can't wear them. Be sure to go up half a size.

Pros
  • I've had a dozen different styles of Inov-8 shoes and love how they fit.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with knee or back pain

Great training shoe

They fit me perfectly, true 8.5. Very comfortable and ideal for weightlifting, firm and stable soles, no running shoes. I will replace them with another pair in due course.

Pros
  • I use them at the gym for general lifting, very good, no padding, great for leg days.
Cons
  • All-train 215s were the best ever and added at least 50 pounds to my squat. It's not even comparable.

Expensive and inconvenient

I really wanted to like her. In fact, I feel like I wear dress shoes to the gym. I figured if they break, they'll get more flexible and comfortable. I couldn't wear them long enough to break. They were too uncomfortable. First I tried 10.5 but it felt tight so I went back and got 11 and it seems too wide but there is nothing in between so I left them hoping I would like them . My other gripe with these sneakers is that they don't match my toes. See attached picture. The left one has a slightly…

Pros
  • Exactly as advertised. Shipped and arrived on time. Comfortable, great support. I would buy again.
Cons
  • Limited availability in physical stores

Buy these shoes. to my rating.

I am very happy with this shoe. Bought for CrossFit. They are light, comfortable and wear well. Actual fair price which is refreshing. You can pay over $40 just for the Reebok CrossFit logo and label, which is a rip off. Get them now to start the trend because everyone will have them soon.

Pros
  • Good shoes
Cons
  • May not provide adequate traction for certain activities

Great shoes for the gym / HIIT

Not the best option for running, but overall an extremely comfortable, flexible, and attractive shoe for circuit training. Ideal for footwork (squats) and HIIT exercises. Planning on buying a second pair.

Pros
  • Best shoes ever
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with bones

The best shoes for CrossFit, but stop worrying about the fit!

I've been using inov-8 shoes for a long time, starting with the Flite 230 (original blue). I still love the shoe, but two things to note: 1. The extended toe box gives the foot too much room to maneuver which ironically makes it feel unstable2. I personally do NOT like the asymmetric shape of the shoe they switched to. The feel of the shoe is still great.

Pros
  • Great shoe, very comfortable and supportive.
Cons
  • Limited size available

The perfect training shoe

I love these shoes. Tried several others (Adidas, Reebok) and they are all too tight. I'm a wide size 13 and they fit perfectly. Nice and light but very stable for squats etc. Absolutely worth the price!

Pros
  • Comfortable and stylish. I use them for training and running. I recommend this product.
Cons
  • Limited flexibility in design

Good replacement for Nano 2.

What do you do when your favorite shoe (the Reebok Nano 2.0) is long gone and you can't find anyone who still sells it in your size? You will receive Invo-8 F-Lite 235 V3. The specs are very similar to the Nano 2.0 and it doesn't have the ridiculously large flared healing that seems to be all the rage these days. My only criticism of these boots. The tongue is too thin. I understand that light weight is a big feature of the Inov-8 shoe, but a little cushioning will eliminate some of the slight…

Pros
  • Color and size were as expected. I am happy with the fit and the look.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for running on rough terrain.

Worst F-Lites STILL DONE

Not sure how this even counts as an F-LITE compared to previous versions of the shoe. I think the coronavirus has taken its toll on F-LITE because this new version has gained weight and is not as thin as the previous version. Maybe inov8 will learn, probably not.

Pros
  • They fit my husband's very wide feet well. He wears them for all kinds of workouts. Says they are way better than the F-lite 235 V2.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those who require a lot of ankle support.

Worn once, scratches easily

I received the white shoes and I think the shoes are comfortable and fit well. But after wearing it once I already have a scratch/stain that won't go away. An annoyed shoemaker can't make a varnish more resistant to scratches and stains. Perhaps the shoemaker will tell you how to remove abrasion.

Pros
  • big box for the fingers! Love it!
Cons
  • May not suit those who prefer minimalist shoes.

Great shoes in Footwear

I love the Reebok Nano, I think I'll try it all over the world. These are well made shoes that look great. It's lighter and more flexible than the Nano, which I liked. Unfortunately, the tie box was a bit cramped. Since I can get the Nano on sale, I sent it back. If your feet are too wide I would recommend these shoes.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Doesn't fit all

Fits as expected: Sporty

The red is actually a burgundy color. The shoes are comfortable and had no problem using them straight away during HIIT.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • No performance
