    This thing was instant trash

    This thing was instant trash. Once I was able to jack up the car and then stopped working completely. It then accidentally dislodged while closing the hood and fell on me while I was working under the car. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

    The mirror is pretty much useless and flopped a lot

    As a postman driving on gravel roads and passing a junkyard I get a lot of flats. I decided to try this and see how it works. The mirror is rather useless and often flops. The top of the jack is plastic and broke after one use but was still flat enough to continue using. When I first used it, everything went pretty well. The second time it was very slow and the third time the motor burned out halfway. I have a Jeep Wrangler so maybe having such a big car was a bit stressful for him. Maybe it…

    It would be great if it used more durable quality materials!

    The reason it only gets 2 stars is its poor design. It uses a connector (it's like a U-connector that connects the motor to the top gate) that's made out of a ceramic material. After so many lifts of the car (in my case it's a Ford Fusion 2.5L SEL) this part gets stressed and breaks! A mechanically skilled person can "fake" repairs, but nobody should do that, especially when used on such a light machine. The good thing is that it arrived brand new and the connector is VERY easy to use. In fact,

    It works but has too many features

    Found out (the hard way) that my jack is only for ideal conditions. Looking for something with a 17+ inch capacity and the ability to lift 2 tons, I came across the instaJACK. Although there are some issues, it provides an emergency lift for my truck. What sucks: - Minus 1 star for the crappy plastic lid, it broke the moment I tested it.     Works but needs a bit of adjustment

    I used this jack to remove the wheels to change the brake pads and rotate. This did the job, but I had to tweak a few things first. 1-The plastic cap on top of the jack will break if you don't place the jack in the exact correct position. The tip of the piece of plastic appears to be designed to keep the jack from slipping off the car's jack point.
