I like that this software is very easy to use for my customer service clients who are mostly millennials! This has been one of our top products in terms of ease-of-use since we first started using it with customers over 2 years ago now. We have had zero issues or complaints about its usability so far. There's nothing really negative here - just be prepared if you're used to other ticketing systems out there (such as Zendesk) where tickets go through multiple layers before being submitted by anβ¦
