I like that it can be used for both customers as well as employees, so you get to see how your customer's experience is when using your app as compared to what they would have expected if they visited by phone or in store. Sometimes there is lag time from the service providing end to when we realize that an update has been pushed out - sometimes hours later! The data pulled into the dashboards can seem overwhelming at times but once you learn where things are located and use them effectivelyβ¦
