Great replacement for computers and accessories

Don't like my Blu-rays

I installed this drive in a small multimedia computer with Win 10. For some reason it keeps spitting out my Blu-rays. When I put a disc in, it spins (I think it will try to read the disc) and after a few minutes it ejects. However, he likes my DVDs. I use VLC and the DVDs work fine. I already have BDs installed and can view the contents using File Explorer. But it doesn't accept Blu-ray. Am I missing something? I'm sure I'd like an answer or I'm afraid I'll have to return this CD.

Works perfectly! for optical drives

I bought this drive to replace the drive on my HP 610 that has stopped working. Bought this drive and it fit perfectly just had to change the faceplate and install. Blue ray works which never happened on the included HP drive and only to find out that the pc never had any blue ray software installed to watch blue ray movies!
