These are great for sifting small or large amounts of flour! I've used mine for drinks, tea and pasta, but be careful if you're making a whole standard pack of pasta, the larger strainer might be a bit small. Still a great set! We love ours!

I'm so glad I bought this filter set. I made quinoa today and didn't realize it had to be rinsed before using. With all my other filters, the holes were too big. This one was perfect. I will also use it for sifting powdered sugar and rinsing fruits and veggies. This is a solid set that will last for years.

Needed good colanders and at this price this set works well. Slightly smaller than I expected see photos for reference but they are great for my needs. Didn't think I would use the tiny one for anything but I find it very useful for pouring liquid through a quick strainer into a narrower container. All in all a good buy if you need a set of filters.

I have had screens in the past where the screen has ripped from the frame but this seems very strong and does not crack or warp. I also had a colander whose handle broke under the weight of a cup of rice, that definitely won't be a problem. I also had one that rusted, but that's not a problem either. I've had so many bad filters that they make me happy every time I use them.

I make a turmeric drink called Kings Milk (also called golden milk, turmeric milk and Indian milk) where I mix coconut milk with turmeric, cardamom, ginger , nutmeg, cloves, allspice, lots of cinnamon, vanilla and honey. Needless to say, there's a lot of spice in 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk. I prefer my hot drinks not to have the consistency of sediment. I had my doubts but other users told me this should work fine. I bought these a few months ago whilst waiting for our new kitchen to be completed so although they are a few months old they were still in theirs packaging and waiting to be used in my new office.
