Strap missing on tote bags and strollers

I love this camouflage pet bag. I bought one for my cat. When I added a dog to the family, I ordered another. The bracelet was not included this time. There is no way to notify the seller.

I like the bag but one of the silver metal rings.

I like the bag but one of the silver metal rings attached to the shoulder strap came loose in the wash so I use a regular handle

I like the durability but: 1. The zipper covers the entire bag .2. Just a metal D-ring so you can't attach a shoulder strap! Stupid.
