A good buy for a set of three considering how much you pay for one. That's 123 installations, the instructions that come with it are useless, you can hardly read them; You must use your common sense. So far I have not had to manually charge my cameras, I am afraid of autumn and winter when there are less sunny days, according to other reviews I have read I may have to manually charge them again.

Bought these to power my Arlos. They work great, but any solar panel you can buy won't provide enough power for a very active camera, so be aware of that. If your camera is set to record 24/7, this will not increase battery life. If your camera is set to motion-activated recording and you keep getting alerts from a moving branch, it won't keep up. This applies to a camera that detects fewer than 20 alerts in 24 hours.

We were so happy to receive them. First we installed one as a test. It didn't seem to work at first, as the first day is devoted to charging the solar panel's battery before it charges the Arlo. Then everything looked great for about a week and we were thrilled. Then we got messages from our Arlo about an incompatible charger. A day later our video got grainy and now our camera burned out and we couldn't fix it so we returned the panels and now we have to buy a new camera.

These solar panels are great! Easy to set up and pretty easy to install wherever you want; Especially for me, since I just watched my husband doing it :-) and since we are not exactly easygoing types. TL; DR: The cable that connects to the camera interferes with the screw mount, so you can't use both. Bad design. I really wanted to like them so I could use the sun to power my Arlo cameras.
