I was surprised at how compact the bag turned out. So it really can be as compact as you like, but you're probably not thinking of buying one for that purpose. This will definitely work if you want to free up some space and store your clothes for easy access. You really want to fill it in as much as possible so that it stays strong when you think about stacking things on it. Overall, I like the material of the Bada and it's pleasing to the eye. So when I open my closet, my eyes don't hurt!

We specially ordered a larger bed frame (14" tall I think) to tuck under the guest bed. We used to store our extra duvets and pillows in these giant vacuum bags, but they keep tearing. I wanted something sturdier to store and slide under the bed. . This is not a molded box so be aware that it will collapse when empty, but it does hold its shape perfectly when full. And fits easily under the frame of our 14 inch bed. I liked it so much that I immediately ordered a second one.

Have ordered several different items to keep under bed including this one despite reviews mentioning a strong chemical smell. Unfortunately I have to confirm this and I am planning to return mine.
