This is sooo cool! We have two, one for our Chihuahua and one for our German Shepherd mix. They fit well and we look forward to using them on the water soon. They are also well suited as a hiking harness, have a good and secure fit and are well made. The top handle is exactly what we wanted.

While my dog is in the pool, this life jacket gives him the confidence to get in the water. He weighs 39.5 pounds and his height made him tall. The straps are long but can be tucked in. Velcro and straps keep the rescuer in place, and the handle and leash loop come in handy when we need to retrieve it. The shark could be his Halloween costume. I would buy this life jacket again.

Comfortable for our dog and fits well. This gave him confidence in the water. BUT after a few uses it literally falls at the seams. See photos. Unfortunately it is poorly made. For the price I was expecting to be able to use it more than a few times and was hoping to get a few years out of it. Not sure if we accidentally received a poorly made item but am very disappointed as it worked well for our dog.

I bought this for my pup as our other dogs love to swim and although she loves to swim I was concerned she would get tired while swimming. She loves wearing it and really waits for it to be put on before diving into the deep water. It helps her swim. It closes at the neck and belly with both Velcro straps and then closes with a zipper. It's also a working trailer which was amazing as we walked along the beach. And she's charming as a shark. ❤ I definitely recommended it.

Very cheaply made. Pretty on our 75 lb girl but she is a bit tall and the adjustments don't work properly. This is our second. The first broke on first use. We're very careful not to break or come loose, but I don't think we're using it the way anyone needs to. The handle on the back is unusable. The linen ring is also not to be trusted. It will break or tear. If you want something just to make your dog cute then this is for you but don't think it will last.

My dog is a 22lb Rat Terrier mix. longer legs. It looked cute on him, but that was about it. I couldn't let him swim in it without holding him or he would lose his balance and roll over in the water. Also, the velcro should be reversed as it doesn't close completely around his torso, otherwise it would be too tight and the next size up would be too big. We were rafting down the river with two dogs and the family and I wasn't sure how our big dog Miller would do so we bought him a life jacket. Eventually the raft capsized and I, my husband and Miller were overboard. Really good quality and honestly better than I expected! My dog was right between sizes and I probably should have ordered a size down, but even if the fit was a bit larger, it held up well, didn't interfere with the dog's range of motion and kept him perfectly afloat.
