Wonderful customer service and helpful staff

The support team is amazing! They are always available to answer questions or help me with any issue I have even if its just "what's up?" It helps that their website has an easy-to navigate layout so it makes finding information much easier than having to go searching through multiple pages of info/newsletters etc., which could get pretty confusing at times when you're not sure where something was posted from (if there were posts in between). We use this system primarily as our booking engine…

Pros
  • The ease of use and how easy it is to create bookings, create and edit photos and manage customer accounts
Cons
  • Occasionally the site gets really slow and laggy and it frustrates me to no end because I am usually in the office and have to come up to speed again for how long it is taking to load

Best Reservation Software Available On Market

The best thing about this software is that it has an option of adding new features to suit your needs as per requirement without any issue or cost involved in doing so! There are some minor issues with its UI but they can be easily fixed by developer's team once notified regarding them. I would recommend jewel reservation system over other similar products available out there because their support service makes things easier than others when you have questions related to product usage/features

  • Its easy implementation, intuitive interface& simple navigation.It helped us automate our entire workflows using multiple tools from just one platform called "Jewels".Also we managed all internal staff scheduling through different platforms like Gmail calendar / Google Tasks.I highly recommended for large enterprises where employees need instant booking updates while travelling around at airports ! All these options combined help
