Joyway Reducer Splicer Fitting Intersection Review

So when I bought it I also bought a 1/2 inch irrigation hose and tried to put it in the hose but it was too small for the hose. The reason I bought it is because one of the questions asked was if it would fit in a watering hose and the answer was yes.

This product works well for connecting 7/16" and 3/8" automotive fuel lines for oil separator installation. Fits very tight. These lines are used to allow exhaust and contaminants to flow from the PCV valve to the filter and do NOT carry fuel, so I can't confirm how well this fitting will withstand a pressurized fuel leak. However, the fit is so tight that I think it would work well with the obvious addition of some hose clamps.

Image shows 1/2" to 3/8" adapter, title says 1/2" to 1/4". I used an image to make a purchase decision and the product did not fit my application. There is a clear difference between 3/8" and 1/4". Do not purchase until the image and product name are the same size. Update 5/30/19: The product information and image have been updated and are correct. I changed my star rating from one to three because the product I received, while not as advertised, was in fact of high quality.
