Excellent Bulk Fitting for Pneumatics

Using this product, our team found that it was incredibly easy to install and had a secure hold on the tubing. The barbed fitting is made with durable materials that have held up well in an industrial setting. It has provided a reliable connection for our pneumatics needs.

Pros
  • Easy to install, secure hold on tubing, durable materials.
Cons
  • Have not experienced any cons.

Not suitable for my purpose

Looks well made and fits a thin sheet metal mount, but the thread length is 10mm or 0.4 inch. My application requires a minimum of 5/8 or preferably 3/4 inch threads. Okay, another apt one to toss in the miscellaneous gear bin.

Pros
  • The junction of two holes are two thick hexagons that form the bulkhead function of the tank.
Cons
  • Non-Automatic

Bulkhead fitting could not be found in larger stores

I needed a bulkhead fitting to connect a pressure gauge to my new air filtration system installed in my shop. I tried to buy one in both big stores. I had no luck finding it. I searched Revain and found exactly what I needed at a reasonable price and with fast delivery. I installed the fitting in the filter system box and used a 1/4" plastic hose to connect to the pressure gauge. Now I know when to clean the filters.

Pros
  • Temperature range -65 to 250 F.
Cons
  • Obsolete model
