I liked that it had everything I was looking for and it didn't cost me more than $400 like any other rack. I wanted a fat tire ebike rack. Most racks can't carry more than 35-45 lbs, my e-bike is 60 lbs. Racks that carry that much cost $400, plus you would have to buy a special compartment just for 4-inch tires. I've almost given up trying to find an inexpensive two bike rack for my fat tire e-bike. Actually I decided to just build my own. That was until I saw this hitch rack on Revain and decided to give it a try. The stand arrived quickly and well packaged. The stand is actually solidly made for the price, but the beautiful holding arm is defective. The handle only rotates and does not lock when screwed in. Now I can't use the lock function. I am very disappointed that the shorter, lockable grab handle on the lever rotates freely and prevents the shorter hook from attaching properly - it dangles as it cannot be screwed to the handle. This is a disappointment! Almost everyone loves this shelf. However, I've usually done this with one major problem: the stand is angled 100-115 degrees toward the rear of the car, making it impossible to attach a second bike without a handlebar wrapped around the rear window of my 2017 Kia Sedona van .
