Great radio "concept" ie compact, NOAA AM/FM and weather channel, uses two (2) AA batteries, easy old school analog versus digital tuning, and low power consumption for long battery life. Unfortunately the AA battery cap/cover does not fit properly on the radio. Either a single anomaly or the plastic molds for the lid/cover or radio case just don't fit together properly. I'm glad I bought this radio. I haven't had that since I was a kid. I remember listening to the Detroit Tigers baseball team and CKLW and WKNR radio in the days when rock was born.
