Small Red Kamenstein Food Storage Canister with Card Holder Review

This is a well made little container sized to fit discreetly on a worktop. The top has an effective rubber seal, but it's difficult to close evenly around the entire perimeter, meaning it takes a bit of effort to keep the lid looking the same with the rest of the canister. Labels are pleasant to the touch, especially when there are several of them.

At first I thought I would use this jar to store things my 2 year old shouldn't put in the pantry. It's pretty tight, but turns out he can open it and actually thinks it's fun because he makes a popping sound when the filling breaks. This is a well made product, smooth even colour, no sharp edges on the metal parts, nicely rounded. In fact, I think I need to give this to my baby and get another one. Washed in the dishwasher, all good.

A cheerful addition to my kitchen, this vintage style canister is the perfect place to store your regular uses like sugar or chocolate chips. It closes well, you could grab it by the handle. Hold the bottom when you want to open it and slowly pull. Well made, they should last a long time. Hand wash, towel dry. I would like to receive the whole set in different sizes. A small window for attaching the attached label so you can tag the content.

This is a great little steel tin with a handle on the lid. The handle is attached to the lid with two screws. It feels solid and well made. The seal makes the lid tight enough that you can grab the canister by the handle and shake without separating them. There is a small card holder on the front for you to mark the contents and it comes with a pack of 4 cards. This is a nice little sealed container. Mine arrived with a deep scratch on the bottom. This must have been done prior to shipment as the container was packaged in a plastic bag and could not be scraped through the bag without damaging the bag. There is no doubt that this container is sealed. The lid is very difficult to remove. To remove it, I have to hold the container with one hand while pulling on the lid with the other. This is a sturdy, well-made container with a plastic, silicone or other material seal in the lid. At first glance it seemed like he had a really good tightness. Good quality canister. I ordered this little coffee storage jar. For that it works great. The lid is slightly domed and rises about 1-1/2" above the rim, which allows me to store the shovel without burying it completely.
