Bought on a cruise. After washing, returned the first pair in the form of a walking stick on the belt. The second pair I tied with knots at the ends of the rope, and they came out on vacation. The past return date is now that I'm back from vacation so I'm sticking with them. Very disappointed.

Product arrived visibly used, no protective film, plastic packaging was torn and then tied to shorts which were just crumpled inside - didn't even have to touch them! Getting more and more frustrated as this is becoming more and more common - I paid for a new product and am really disgusted to receive one that is clearly someone's return :-(
