Half the colors are rock hard. How do I get a replacement paint job? Thanks in advance! Supplement: I have not heard from the seller, even offered to buy more, but nothing. The painting is not finished yet. Please don't waste your time.

This is the 5th job I've done in the last 4 months. The colors are usually distorted somewhat by the numbers - they are not quite correct. Everything here is greenish brown and not the pink hue that the product suggests. This is one of the most difficult tasks I have ever done. So if you're a beginner, you'll get frustrated with the smallest of details.

Where there should be shades of blue, mine came with shades of orange. My beach was supposed to be on Mars lol. I didn't expect better brushes but the brushes in the kit are of very poor quality. I draw often and have my own set. The biggest disappointment was that the colors in the kit were the wrong color. YOU HAD A JOB AND IT SHIPPED A KIT OF NUMBERS WITH COLORS YOU FAILED. COMPLETELY OBLIGATED.

Colors are a bit faded. Some missing digits without numbers. Very small and/or thin areas that are difficult to paint. This is my 4th and I was disappointed with the colors on this one. I thought I would get better haha. I have learned that unless you are a professional artist, if you choose PBNs with a glossy "perfect" picture, they will never come close to the picture. Obviously I'm not, and neither are you if you're painting by numbers. Just be realistic in your expectations.

I bought this as a gift for a friend who likes to paint by numbers. However, he found it too difficult as the numbers and areas are too small and too small were hard to see and read. He can try, but he has no particular interest in doing so. I thought it would be easy. The pictures looked like it would be easy, but it wasn't. Next time I'll take something bigger and simpler. It's hard to tell just by looking at the image on the screen.

I really enjoyed doing what I was able to do with this painting. It's very tricky with lots of small details, but about half of my paint cans were either dry or cloudy, for lack of a better word for it. When not dry, they were thick and dried out quickly because the pot was open while painting, making it difficult to apply. Also, and I know they're not very high quality, the hairs on the brushes stick out like a headboard so I had to trim them off, making them difficult to use. I was unable to…

Just a HUGE question. Good points first. My colors were accurate and worked well. I agree with other reviews, this is NOT for beginners! This is my 4th PBN and it was quite a challenge! But I like the finished image and I think I'm pretty good at mixing background colors. This makes a big difference in the finished painting. Problem? The sun is at the end of the pier, right?
