If you're the type who always carries some kind of everyday gear with you, you can get this bag. So I'm quite an active guy and I carry some kind of bag with me almost all the time. I liked to order this bag. I really wanted to like this bag. I saw others and thought this was just what I needed. When asked, other people liked their bags. Maybe they have older versions - if they have? However, I tried it on after receiving the delivery and I am disappointed. Three things stand out to me: 1. The bag can only be carried over one shoulder. Although I'm not left-handed, I like to switch weights when I'm going for a long walk or waiting in line. This bag is right-handed only. 2.

I have ordered a KAVU Rope Sling Bag made of 100% 600D polyester. I liked the "Tranquil" color - turquoise blue. I also ordered a Meru bag. The reason I returned the bag to Kavu is that its design has serious flaws in terms of functionality: Pros: 1. I like the rope shoulder straps. They may seem uncomfortable, but they are there. (Aesthetics is in the eye of the beholder, but I also like the look of the straps.) Functionality = A+2 - I like polyester fabric. Repels stains and water. Easy-care.
