If you are an avid aquarium lover then buy one, you won't regret it and when setting up your first aquarium see if this hobby suits you. Kessil is a top brand and their research is top notch. It is of a very high quality and attaches securely to anything including any Refugium model. In addition, the high quality of the neck allows the light to stay where you want it and allows it to be easily moved sideways when chemicals or water are added. If you need this product, I highly recommend it.

I have a standard 75 gallon tank. I ordered an extension but that pushed the headlights too far forward. When I lifted the gooseneck backwards, the light rose high above the water. An extension looks better, but only order one if you have a large front-to-back tank. Without the extension, the gooseneck was a bit short, so my lights were only about 6 inches from the water. I have a Kessil A160WE Tuna Sun attached to mine. Like all Kessil products, this mount is of very high quality. Easily mounts to my tank with a rim and the included adapter makes it easy to mount to almost any type of tank rim. Some have complained that this swan neck is difficult to tune.
