KingSmart Review

This software is really easy, it has all of my accounts in one place! I can check out other hotels that are close by or ones where we have stayed before very easily as well!! It's great for staying at different places but also keeping track of things like housekeeping etc.,etc.... Nothing so far about this program except how simple everything was when setting up an account/login which took only minutes (maybe less). The customer service is great! I have been working in this industry for over 10 years, but there are some things that can be improved upon as far as technology goes - especially when it comes time after hours or weekends/holidays etc..
