See the little pin on the side of the wheel? It broke under pressure, the whole thing fell apart, and the motor I was lifting fell 3 feet and smashed. Terrible product.

Works well but product does not match photo. It looks like you can remove the pulley by pulling the cotter pin and pulling out the axle, but the one I received doesn't have a cotter pin. Both ends of the axle are hardened. So if your application requires the ability to remove a pulley, this won't work for you.

uses them to make a barbell down row machine. works perfectly. Rating 1550 pounds or something like that. Way more than I need to make me feel safe. The plates that attach to the mounting surface are narrower than the wheel, allowing you to hang over them a little to keep the cable from touching the mounting surface. Since it doesn't have ball bearings, it creaks a bit and has some initial resistance. So if you use it with a scale, the actual force required will be higher than the weight used…
