Workhorse in office electronics

Quality is good. Difficult to set up. The scanning resolution could be better. It has a fast response time. It's more of a service car.

I never thought I could worry so much about a scanner!

I needed a scanner to organize all the paper in our house. I never thought I would be so excited about buying a scanner! I installed it last week and I keep finding new ways to use it. I installed the included Smart Touch software and set up just a few scan settings to send documents to multiple locations. (personal records, work expenses, photos) is awesome, now I just click a button and my receipts are sent directly to my work email as PNG files, my tax documents are sent to Google Drive andโ€ฆ

PC only. No Macs. The software installation process requires a user interface update.

Kodak used to be for everyone, but now it seems only for those who have a PC. Mac owners don't need to apply. Our entire workflow is Mac based and I expected that, like similar products from Epson, this would just need to be plugged into my Mac to start working. There are no dice. And there are no drivers available that I could find to fix the problem. Then I picked up our lonely PC, a new machine from HP, and decided I'd at least try a Kodak scanner. The installation process requiredโ€ฆ

Best fast scanning among scanners and accessories

This document scanner served two purposes, although I already had an Epson multifunction printer with a document feeder that could scan. I'm trying to clean up my home office and get rid of a bunch of old documents that don't really need to be printed (a PDF file will do). And I have some old photos that I want to scan for better preservation and in some cases restoration. items such as printers). Works great with Evernote; There were some problems installing

I am very happy with this new scanner that has replaced my Epson ES-200. This Alaris is much faster, more accurate, and integrates even better with Evernote, which is probably the most important aspect of the scanner to me. Pros: - The integration with Evernote is amazing. It also integrates with a number of other online services, but Evernote is my primary use. It downloads directly to Evernote, so you don't even need to install Evernote on your computer. - It comes with every possible powerโ€ฆ
