! YOU NEED A MASON TO ASSEMBLE THIS CHAIR!

ok. I rarely write reviews but this one deserves my time. The first and most important problem we encountered while assembling this chair is the most important part. This is the connection between the base of the chair and the backrest. Either the holes in the chair weren't drilled correctly or the screws were defective. THEY JUST DON'T FIT! The funniest thing?! We actually made it to the point where the Allen key would no longer turn because the metal screw had already lost its structure. Dear

High back version - great comfort and unbeatable customer service at a great price

Great ergonomic mesh chair at an affordable price with great customer service. My chair had a small tear in one of the armrests and after emailing Kolliee customer service I received an email the same day saying they would send me a new armrest. I couldn't have asked for better support for my problem. The chair doesn't have the wide adjustments that you see on more expensive chairs, but it has all the adjustments I need and is fairly comfortable. The seat hasn't given me any problems so far…

Good product at an affordable price

We need something comfortable that is still durable. I finally made my decision and bought this recliner. At the moment we are already happy with him, including children and husband. First off, assembly was easy. Well, at least that's how it seemed to me because I just sat on the sidelines with the kids while my husband put everything together in 30 minutes.
