Excellent waders

Excellent waders, light weight but strong and durable, good support, all day comfort, ankle support but versatile, HIGHLY recommended

Pros
  • Very convenient. It's that easy to get in.
Cons
  • The high price can be prohibitive for budget-conscious consumers.

Great boots for all day fly fishing.

These boots are amazing! Every cold morning to cling to slippery rocks in search of steel. Felt great on both feet and ankles. I only gave 4 stars because they only have one bottom and I found them in the store with 3. Otherwise they are fantastic boots!

Pros
  • ok for money
Cons
  • Shoes lack adequate arch support, which can lead to foot discomfort and pain after prolonged wear.

Rubber outsole is good for me

Hello, I bought a pair of these shoes but did not receive a rubber sole. I have just received the shoes and the felt sole. Please confirm what happened.

Pros
  • The felt sole provides excellent traction on slippery surfaces like rocks in streams and rivers, making them a great choice for fly fishing.
Cons
  • The size 13 option may not be appropriate for those with smaller or larger feet, limiting the shoe's availability to a wider range of consumers.

These boots are excellent. For those reviewers who don't like them because the soles can get lost in deep, sticky mud, Streamtrekkers are worth donning for fishing in deep, muddy bottoms. I also have spiked felt soles for western rivers. These are the cheapest korkers I could find and I'm happy with them.

Pros
  • Corks are excellent
Cons
  • Dried grass and black may not suit everyone's sense of style and limit the shoe's versatility.

The right boots at the right price

These boots were worth it. I looked at many other boots before clicking on these. More often than not other shoes were too expensive or too cheap (i.e. the soles fell off). They were slightly larger than others but had an easily replaceable sole. My worries about expensive boots and sole repairs were gone. As for sizing, I ordered one size larger than my usual shoe size, as recommended. You were right. You need space for the neoprene stockings.

Pros
  • Good boots.
Cons
  • Felt soles can become slippery and unsafe on wet surfaces, leading to falls and injuries.

Great waders suitable for athletes

I bought a pair of these boots two years ago. They work great and as expected. The ability to change the sole allows me to adapt the boots to different river bottoms.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Updates available

Superb boots Wading

Superb boots, improved version of the previous model. I decided to replace the felt sole with a Vibram sole with metal studs. Great traction for the eastern streams I fish.

Pros
  • Good item
Cons
  • Reliability

Very convenient. Large size fits your neoprene socks

Extremely comfortable. Large size to match your neoprene stockings. They look great too, although none of us fishermen care what our waders look like. Felt floors are needed in streams and work as described.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Only available in black

Piece of Shit - Men's

These boots fit great and are comfortable but the very first day I was in the water for about an hour and a half to two when I got back on the boat. found that the soles of both shoes were gone. Piece of shit. Went to the local tackle shop and bought a pair of Simms waders. Korker boots aren't worth the money if you have to spend $30 to replace the sole after every fishing trip.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Quality

Great boots, love the Korkers system

Good boots. They aren't very heavy but offer enough support when you need it. Felt is my favorite outsole, it adheres very well to slippery stones without sacrificing comfort. I was concerned that it would be difficult to walk on felt soles, but that doesn't seem to be a problem. The felt has held up well for several days of continuous use, so that's another plus. My only regret is that I wish I had bought a pair with the Boa lacing system, but they tend to cost a bit more, so I'll continue…

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Damaged

Lightweight and durable - the best boot on the market

This is my fourth pair of Korkers boots. I like them because they are lightweight and very durable. I wade through sandy slopes and felt soles are just what I need to keep me from falling in the water. I tried rubber soles once but couldn't stand up in the rivers I fished. I had to change them to felt soles in less than 10 minutes. Best of all, the soles are interchangeable, so when they wear out, you can replace them for a very reasonable price. In my experience I have replaced a pair or two…

Pros
  • Hard wearing finish
Cons
  • Negative gift

The good news is I contacted AvidMax and

I wear size 8.5 shoes and ordered size 9 Korkers. Tried them on at home with a pair of socks and they were a bit tight but closest Tomorrow I was going on a long journey and they should have come. Well when I got to the river and put on my waders (with 3mm boots) they were too small. I ended up losing my toenail and having arch pain for a week afterwards. The good news is that I contacted AvidMax and even after 2 weeks of fishing with boots the customer service rep (let's call her Carla) said…

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Very expensive
