    Unsatisfactory, upset by this product.

Bass. They say they are bulky. I don’t know, maybe we are writing about different headphones. I am not a special specialist in these matters, but just compared the same track with the Senheiser HD-465 at the same volume. Compared to Senkhas, there is no bass at all. While the senhi are open. I understand that senkhs are 2 times more expensive, but the difference is simple, 20 times in bass. Senkhs at a volume of 14% shake the brain, and in these braids there is a slight tapping. Yes, and the

    Pros
    • Comfortable. My not the smallest ears fit completely inside. Can sit for a long time Unkillable. Good positioning in games Good noise isolation if worn correctly
    Cons
    • Volume control. Very uncomfortable without it. Bass. Microphone

I don't want to spend my money on this item.

I bought it for work specifically to communicate with clients, but I was very disappointed in the microphone. If you want to communicate through them - I do not advise, you will be unpleasantly surprised. If you only want to listen to music, then buy without a microphone, because here it performs more of a decorative function than a practical one. Some pros: Beautiful. very comfortable on the head and ears do not press, they sit very comfortably, good sound. Cons below: The sound quality…

A great option for this money, one of the best offers.

As I already wrote, very reliable headphones in terms of mounts. It seems to me that KOSS should diversify its lineup with headphones and headsets based on this particular model. They would have a spiral wire. Unfortunately, the coating of the ear pads began to crumble, and under the leatherette there is quite a pleasant fabric. That is, without dermantin they would be even better in my opinion.

    Pros
    • - indestructible: dropped it many times, rode on a chair on a wire - they work and are not going to die; - the sound is good; - the microphone is normal, probably other users should correct the sound settings, or the microphone at the mouth does not bother me so much; - flexible microphone mount is very convenient; - the wire is long, thick, reliable, there are no volume controls and other attachments to the wire, which only interfere with me personally; - comfortable.
    Cons
    • - after a year and a half of use, the leatherette began to crumble, and the foam rubber inside was worn off.

I expected mediocre quality, but the product was pleasantly surprised.

Headphone sound range is not Hi-Fi. There are very few lows, but good mids and highs are what I need. There are other stereo phones for listening to music. Got pros: I bought this headset for use with radio transmitting equipment. I like how it sits on the head, light, does not put pressure on the ears, the microphone is conveniently adjustable and does not slip from the set position. Has some cons So far, there is no such thing, because I haven’t tested it in “combat” conditions yet - I just…

I like the product, the quality did not disappoint.

There were two copies in use. The first served without complaints for several years until a mechanical breakdown, the second one began to peel off the ear pads a year later - it was disgusting to put on, all the ears were covered in black crumbs. Has some pros Comfortable, provide good sound quality, good noise isolation, a long and reliable wire (it withstands many months of driving with chair wheels with a bang). They look classy in my opinion. Some cons: Weak microphone sensitivity, ear pads

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

    Nothing unusual, normal product.

I bought with the desire to get a good microphone for the best voice transmission and loud. In the end, I liked everything in the store. At home, the recording from the microphone seemed very quiet. I decided to change the microphone, put it from an old Philips phone. It turned out great. Actually I bought, as I already said, as a microphone, for an English training program. For one of the programs, the regular microphone was enough, for the other, not, there was not enough volume. After…

    Pros
    • Good quality cord. They sit comfortably on the head and ears.
    Cons
    • There is nothing special to compare with, except perhaps with a cheap headset for 200. Naturally, I did not see any shortcomings compared to the cheap one.

A wonderful product, its nice to use.

A chic model for such money. But . before buying these ears, pay attention to the fact that they are equipped with a dynamic microphone. Sound cards in computers are not designed to work with it, and negative feedback about bad microphones from buyers. Has pros: Angry and cheap. Headset for professional use. Similar headsets from branded manufacturers start at 7-8 thousand with the same characteristics. Different cons: The disadvantages are a continuation of the advantages. Not every buyer is…

One of the best offers, glad I bought it.

Of all the headphones that I tried on the most comfortable. If it's just for the sake of good sound, then they are excellent headphones. Pros below: Great sound, big bass. Reliable construction. They don't break. They sit perfectly on the head, do not put pressure on the ears. With its cons. Microphone. Weak microphone sensitivity. As a result, I bought some other microphone for 120r and replaced it, after which everything is fine.

The product is good, there are only a few minor flaws.

I bought them in 2022, in 2022 one ear went off and then the other one (I gave it for repair without any problems, just the contact went away) I bought it purely in order to sit at home at the computer I tried to drive around the city in them (it was a terrible wire long in my pocket I constantly had to to put these meters in addition to the wire during the trash, I put them in a backpack and they take up too much space and what else can look stupid is a microphone that sticks out all the time

    Pros
    • 1) ear pads are so big that people who have big ears, I think, will also fit 2) if used for a computer, then the length of the wire is wonderful, as for me (well, of course, this can be for some - I marked it as +) 3) serve for a very long time)) 4) if you turn your head, they do not fly off 5) the sound quality is excellent bass so the mids are probably even saturated frequencies and the lower and upper ones are also good
    Cons
    • 1) this microphone is generally terrible here (when I bought it, I immediately decided to check the microphone, so he not only wheezed, but also the voice reached the interlocutor through the word 2) well, if you watch long films, then after 3-4 hours the auricle starts to hurt (well, I think many headphones do this) 3) they muffle the noise from the outside world a little, but in loud places what they are and what they are not

In general, its pretty good, an equal number of pros and cons.

Reliability. Worked for me for about 3 years. Nothing broken, nothing worn. Ergonomics. I can sit in them all day, nothing presses anywhere. Those. they are really comfortable. Sound quality. I had braids (I don’t remember the model) for 600, so it seemed to me that braids sounded more interesting. Microphone. Separate song. Having bought a subject, I was very disappointed. In the talkers they heard me disgustingly. I bought some Sven's ears for 200, removed the microphone from them…

    Pros
    • Reliability. Ergonomics.
    Cons
    • sound quality is mediocre. the microphone is terrible.

    Microphones were not working

I bought two microphones for my kids to use in Zoom classes. I have paid SB45 USB for 4 years and they have been amazing. It was crap. The microphones never worked. I then returned within a week. Very disappointed. Now kids just use regular headphones from their iPhones via Bluetooth. Of course the SB45 that I had for 4 years broke after a few weeks and I therefore ordered a different brand.

The sound quality is good, but not on Heil

My 30-year-old BM-10 Heil headset is finally boring, so I opted for this inexpensive option with my Yaesu FT450D. The sound quality is good but not up to par so I'm deducting 1 star. The audio reports are excellent and the comfort is very good. Build quality is excellent, so at less than $30 it's a steal for a ham radio headset. I tried this on my Acer laptop (Win 10) and had to go into the sound settings and enable the microphone. amplify and add 20dB of boost. Works well if you tweak the…

    Goes well with TS-590S

I bought the SB40 to use with a Kenwood TS-590S ham radio. Kenwood uses a dynamic mic, and the SB40 mic works fine with no modifications (other than adding an adapter to connect the wireless input). The muffs are comfortable, as is the hanging headband. I get good quality reports even when comparing A/B to the Heil 12 which I use as a desktop mic. The TS-590S supports EQ tuning and I used the same profile on both the SB40 and Heil 12. The price ($30) makes it the best value for money.

    Warning: dynamic microphone, no condenser

Seems to be a good quality headset for the money. The only issue that many complain about with Revain is the microphone. too quiet. The Koss website says this headset uses a dynamic element mic, not a condenser mic. This explains the low signal strength. Pros: Microphone with dynamic element naturally cancels out background noise. This is a great feature when you work in a noisy environment like a call center or classroom. Cons: The signal level is much lower than a condenser microphone, so…

Speakers Well, the microphone is less than useless.

I usually do a lot of research before I buy anything but I was in a rush and bought this without reading all the other reviews. Now I see that others have the same problem as me. The microphone in this headset just doesn't work! I've tried reinstalling my sound card drivers and using a different computer on both Windows 7 and Windows 10. The fact is that even at +30dB Mic Gain these ONLY register and when you plug them back into the headset you get a lot of noise from all that amplification but

    Extremely low mic output

Nowhere in the description above do I see the dB output level listed. When receiving, the output is -75 dB. This is 10dB lower than most dynamic microphone inputs require. For my application, this headset didn't even have enough power output to work. Other dynamic mics I have that have -65 to -60dB output work well for me so this one was returned after being found grossly inadequate. Don't even think about trying this with a computer sound card input without a large (at least 20dB) preamp. Koss

    Disappointed with mic sound

Purchased to skip the preamp/compressor/EQ stack and trip over my ham radio setups. I just wanted a decent "dynamic mic" sound, so I went with the SB45. Boy super disappointed. Extreme response at mid frequencies (1-3 kHz) on the microphone and the almost complete absence of low frequencies; the noise level is high, the output signal level is not so good. I had to turn on a super sharp gate and about 10dB of scoop for it to even sound usable - and all I can use is 200Hz to 3kHz. I've used it in

    Pros
    • Sleek design
    Cons
    • Minor issues

Note to Revain: Koss' own website doesn't say this headset is for computers so why would you say , it's called "Computer Headset"? Too bad this product is called "Computer Headset" as it's not designed to connect directly to a computer/phone/tablet. For those who find that the microphone in this Product does not work with your computer/mobile phone/tablet because the microphone in this headset is a DYNAMIC microphone as stated in the product description If you want the headset to be used with…

    Excellent for this money!

All in all this headphone was affordable and had amazing sound quality for value for money. I'd definitely recommend it if you're tired of other, more expensive headsets like the broken Triton Kunai, or just horrible overall. I have had both of these brands before and none compare to this one! My Triton Kunais gave way too much feedback, to the point where all my friends heard it was static when I turned up the volume for a game or background music. I especially hate Kunais because if you buy…
