We are doing a lot of renovations in the kitchen lately. I have used this product to remove dirt, grease and shine from kitchen cabinets for 25 years. Sounds like I never cleaned them haha but the deposits were bad. I'm telling you it was so amazing I didn't have to grind that much. If you are about to start a project I highly recommend using this.

I used this product to remove the "gloss" from linoleum to paint it. I bought a pitcher for the 14 x 14 base and have plenty left after that. I poured it straight out of the jug onto the floor and let it sit for about 10 minutes. I then wiped it dry and repeated until the entire floor was finished. Worked perfectly. This product was the only way I could paint and polish linoleum. Surprisingly, I didn't smell at all. I would use again.

It was terrible on wood stains with a glossy finish and on metal fittings with a coating. This product does not remove anything. Hardware: Eight small cabinet hinges and five small cabinet handles were all I worked on. First I cleaned the hardware with Dawn soap, rinsed thoroughly and dried. I wiped the Krud Kutter product with a cloth dampened with the product. I rubbed and rubbed. No effect. Later I used a Brillo pillow. Not good. Played another round of Crood Cutter. Nowhere.
