I used it to level a section of drywall that is softer than concrete. Compared to my previous grinding attacks, I would call this easy. After sanding part of the floor, I inspected the disc and was surprised at the level of wear. I've used several Dewalt diamond grinding wheels and they last much longer on hard material.

Haven't used it yet as its depth is not deep enough to fit the HERZO Universal 5" Surface Sander Dust Shield . . I would have had to apply too much force to the casing for the wheel to make contact with the plastered wall. The production must include width AND depth measurements.

I bought two of these to prep my concrete floor for acid stains. The price was low so I ordered a second one. I barely used the first wheel, touching up stains and removing black putty on about 700 square feet of concrete. I was working indoors so I used a wet technique with a grout sponge. no dust Keep moving as you work or you will gouge. I keep the second wheel in my tool box because I'm sure I'll use it at some point in the future.

I used this cut-off wheel on a Harbor Freight angle grinder to smooth the edges of finish concrete before screening. This product did the job perfectly. I haven't used it for any other work but it did the patio concrete quickly. I would recommend before use if you are unfamiliar with this try it on a few surfaces that you don't mind being roughened up as it removes a lot of material if used improperly. I had to remove a painted concrete step. I have tried chemicals, manual cleaning and sanding. I tried a wheel from a local tool company. . I returned it and bought this bike. It arrived a day after ordering and in just 2 hours the job was done perfectly. The wheel is still useful for many other jobs. Everyone should pay attention to protective gear because the dust was unbelievable. A good respirator is a must, as are safety goggles. I mentioned it was half the cost of the first bike returned…
