Do not buy if you Aputure Lights

Bought 2 of these softboxes, waited a week+ to get them and then they didn't fit my 120d! I don't think this is the real Bowens Mountain. So don't buy these if you use Aputure lamps. Switch to a newer one.

Easy assembly and great results.

Illuminates objects beautifully and evenly. Easy installation (under normal conditions). It looks like the bolt is loose and the nut is missing making it difficult to attach. I'm not sure when or why this happened, but it's a good idea to check the screw tightness when you receive the item.

Not easy to set up. Not portable.

Not "easy" to apply without touching and possibly contaminating the white fabric. The spokes don't go into position easily and you have to reach and adjust them. Also, considering its folded length, it definitely cannot be carried around. At the same time, it's too cheap to be considered a studio investment.

Great soft light! - Softboxes

I have several lights from Godox, so I didn't hesitate to try this softbox light. It saves a lot of space and gives a really nice soft light. I've used it with both 60w and 200w bulbs and it just looks great. It was very easy to assemble. I know umbrellas and traditional softboxes are popular, but this lantern is a game changer, especially if you don't want such a massive softbox taking up space. The light is soft, even and covers about 270 degrees. Try it.
